1. A very competitive environment. 2. Supportive team members. 3. Farhan Sir's ( Manager) speeches and activities. 4. Taniqua Mam is also very supprtive Trainer.

Dislikes

1. The environment is very stressful. If you're unable to complete your daily lead target, you'll definitely hear very harsh/rude statements from your TL. ( If you're a fresher and in Prashant's or Deepak's team than you are cooked. They will make you life hell and sooner or later they'll make you quit this job.) 2. The quality team is very rude and unprofessional. ( Personally I left this company because of them. ) 3. The washroom facilities are inadequate. Even female employees have to use private washroom located about 300m away from office building. 4. During interview they'll mention that office hours are from 8:45 AM - 6:00 PM, but in reality, it is from 8:45 AM - 7:30 PM or sometimes even extending to 8:00pm. I worked at airtel money here and the AM and manager are so rude they do not care about the timings.. i worked over my time still they shouted .. my shift was from 10 to 7pm and i worked there till 8-8:30 sometimes still they behaved so rude and they were not understanding as well
