There is no growth in this company,nigligibe appraisal,0% job security,they don't care about your hard work,there only concern is money and nothing else,even after 5 year you will be at same position as you are now ,too much politics,you can't enhance your skill I'm this organization. Told you one situation..konark has hired new engineer and promise them that they will get Ra<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.20000 on hand salary and free food and accommodation but when they join their salary is 12000 and no accommodation & no free food</mark>.this is reality of konark .
