There is not even a single point which i liked about Kolath & Co.

Dislikes

The Senior Management behaves in very unprofessional manner. puts lot of unnecessary pressure on employees.. All policies of the company are against employees. They Don't give not even a single paid leave in entire year. there is nobody to guide or support. they do unnecessary deductions from salary. Puts unbearable pressure when the salary date comes near. they don't have way of talking with employees. Majority employee resign within Two or Three months of joining. Do not recommend to join....Read More
