Excellent firm with good exposure. As i am an article in assistant in koltah&co from past 2 years . Things i love most in the organization is professional environment, good co-ordination netwerk the articles to work as a team, good work culture and good pay. Extraordinary management in guiding and motivatie us to achieve our goals. Frequent intraction is being held to improve the bonding and to improve the performance in work.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
