There is not even a single point which i liked about Kolath & Co.

The Senior Management behaves in very unprofessional manner. puts lot of unnecessary pressure on employees.. All policies of the company are against employees. They Don't give not even a single paid leave in entire year. there is nobody to guide or support. they do unnecessary deductions from salary. Puts unbearable pressure when the salary date comes near. they don't have way of talking with employees. Majority employee resign within Two or Three months of joining. The work environment is good. I am very previlaged to say I am a part of kolath & Co. As operation coordinator I have learnt many things in coordination between banks and employees. This gives a great privilage to be here. As a branch coordinator I am handling a good team and my superior are also very good. The pay is also good.
