Overall, my experience at SKODA AUTO VOLKSWAGEN (SAVIPL) has been very positive, with many opportunities for growth and learning. However, there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement or restructuring. For example, in the Assembly Production department, the role of the Line Supervisor or Team Leader often requires stepping in to relieve operators for personal needs, which can sometimes be a bit challenging. Another area for improvement is the mediclaim facility, as staff members currently don't have coverage for their parents and are required to pay extra. Additionally, it would be beneficial if the salary structure for Production Supervisors could be reviewed, as their pay is currently lower compared to operators. Despite these points, I truly value the supportive work culture and the potential for improvement in these areas to make the experience even better for everyone involved....Read More
