Work culture in unbeatable. You will get recognised if you work harder. Transportation and food facility is really good. If you are good, you will get good exposure from Volkswagen environment. Volkswagen brand is enough to add to your career.

Office is in outskirts of the Pune. Office staff also have to visit Plant which is far away from the residential area. 3 hrs daily spent for commuting to office. Increment are not good. It's same as other manufacturing plant.
