Company is very systematic.Work is less and therefore,here people enjoys more. Learning is very less.People are jealous to each other .Company has poor canteen for the employees. Food quality poor .There is no MNC environment here.For company benefits ,company provides training to seniors from there Japan plant after signing bond of 5 years which they cannot breach. So be carefull.
