Likes

Company is with good technology based products having technical support from Germany. Good global presence with major share of business. Infrastructure of company is excellent which resembles IT company. Policies and standard are employ favour , however not utilizes properly.

Dislikes

Although it is MNC company it is still struggling to get grow its share of business. It is due to old and sick mentality company is struggling. No work life balance. Man power cut off started without proper reasons. However after new MD joining, company is into positive growth. Hopping for the best.
