The team-mates are really good and always encourage collaboration. They are quite competitive and raise the bar always in their work but the management really sucks.

It's long list but the highlights are: Leadership doesn't have any idea about what they are building and Is there any market for it. The crowd is good.

Dislikes

Company culture, trickling down from top management, is way too toxic. Extremely high atrition rate. You will find complete set of new people, within a department, in a short span of 7-8 months. Absence of a long term vision of building solid team. Favouritism is clearly visible on the floor. For e.g., strict timings applies to those who are not from the closed-circle of the founders.
