I will address. First of all, your random hate on in the reviews on various sites shows the lack of professionalism you have. Secondly, no one makes you work like Robot. You may have been in the office 40 hours a week, max, but you rarely even worked 20 hours a week. I hope you find a better work environment where they pay you well and expect nothing from you. 1. You are not a developer, so you do not understand why QA is important for people starting their careers in development. Mainly when their code is riddled with errors. QA (Quality Assurance) helps developers understand why their code breaks, and helps fix their own logic so it doesn't reoccur. 2. We brought in two senior designers (which I am sure you were one of them) and unfortunately it took both of them to do a task a junior designer could do. If you need Youtube to learn something at the senior level, then that is on you. That means one, you don't know, and two, others can't learn from you. Not a senior material; and another reason why you are not here. 3. The strictness of people showing up to the office on time and leaving when things are completed is important. Not just at this company but when they go to other companies. If you work for any real company, any one NEW needs to first earn their flexibility of time (like others have) and if you are fresh in your career (fresher) you also need to learn to work in a real office following actual company policies. When someone just leaves the office for days, then when asked for medical papers, resigns, thats not "strict policy", thats just normal process. As a company, we give a lot of flexibility. We allow people to learn new technologies... which a lot of times even the old senior designers don't know. The world is changing. Artificial Intelligence, people shifting to Figma or Canva, using AI to generate images, There is so much going on, and if people are not exploring the company doesn't grow with the new markets and technologies. Good luck, learn to work in an office better, or find a remote job where you don't have these issues, and hopefully you find a way to be productive enough that the company is happy with you.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
