I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Nature of company owner which makes all employee to be with him and the company inspite of all other lakunas in the top management below company owner. Company owner nature, relation and bonding with the employees is the only thing which I think is key to success and also motivates all team members to perform best of their capabilities.

Not appreciating new ideas generated by down the line team members rather hiding them or show on their personals names. Few top management people are not ready to change their old mindset and try to drive the things with old mindset. Insecurity reflects on top management people with every better task you perform. Should Easily Accept the change in the mindset of the team members and change happening for the good. Insecurity reflects on few of the top management people with each task you perform. Internal dirty politics and dependency on few of the too management team restricting to growth of the company.
