Good project, but they don't Know how to handle it.

No healthy environment. Boss only rely on one person and that person plays politics in office and mostly with new people. They don't have any knowledgeable seniors in their office, and these seniors are talking abruptly on personal level. No pay leave policy until 1 year, and if you take Saturday off, they will cut 2 days' pay. Bosses are yelling all the time at employees.
