1. Old Technology 2. Not proper management 3.No incrment properly.incrment cycle will be every 2 year noe and worst incrment percentage. 4. Company management prove that they do not need seniors so only freshers incrment percentage is good i.e 80 ,90% and seniors incrment percentage is 10 or less than 10 prcnt . 5.No work culture.
