HR has just started level best to do something fot the employees, but a lot to go ahead to prove themselves.

Management is only focusing on having the entire facilities. Knowledge in project management is just a big zero. Centralized Authority with one person and that plant Head and being knowing the fact every one is silent ( just enjoying as I said). Appointment Letter is signed by fake persons (which a Gross Crime). The company seal ( Rubber stamp) is Placed on Authorised Signatory Title to hide what is written exactly. Just trying to creat clash within junior employees to frame them responsible for ill health of project progress. Firing Sr Manager person without giving offer letter ( Not confirmation Letter) even after 10 months of service !! And most hilarious that company is asking to return Safety shoes during termination!!...Read More
