Poor management. They think that Kiswok is the only company in this universe. There are so many politics and leg pulling... Such a very bad experience to work in Kiswok. I have lost my job only for the Management politics and misbehavior... They forced me to resign at the time of my confirmation....

Leave policy is there on papers but in practical they will scold you and lecture you if you take leave. No over time payment but expect to work overtime. They talk about system but follow none or follow unwanted systems. The more time you work the more loyal employee you are. Rude behaviour with juniors. If you oil & butter the management then only you will grow or else you will not. Work is not appreciated but if you do any mistake you will be hang by the words.
