The relationship between all the departments is very good. They help each other.

Poor management. They think that Kiswok is the only company in this universe. There are so many politics and leg pulling... Such a very bad experience to work in Kiswok. I have lost my job only for the Management politics and misbehavior... They forced me to resign at the time of my confirmation....

Leave policy is there on papers but in practical they will scold you and lecture you if you take leave. No over time payment but expect to work overtime. They talk about system but follow none or follow unwanted systems. The more time you work the more loyal employee you are. Rude behaviour with juniors. If you oil & butter the management then only you will grow or else you will not. Work is not appreciated but if you do any mistake you will be hang by the words. HR has just started level best to do something fot the employees, but a lot to go ahead to prove themselves.

Management is only focusing on having the entire facilities. Knowledge in project management is just a big zero. Centralized Authority with one person and that plant Head and being knowing the fact every one is silent ( just enjoying as I said). Appointment Letter is signed by fake persons (which a Gross Crime). The company seal ( Rubber stamp) is Placed on Authorised Signatory Title to hide what is written exactly. Just trying to creat clash within junior employees to frame them responsible for ill health of project progress. Firing Sr Manager person without giving offer letter ( Not confirmation Letter) even after 10 months of service !! And most hilarious that company is asking to return Safety shoes during termination!!...Read More
