as fresher may be ok place to work but don't apply if you are experienced and have family liability. No job satisfaction. Maximum numbers of the employees won't sustain more than a year. But this suffocating situation for all employees will offer you some excellent friends as colleagues.

Leave policy is there on papers but in practical they will scold you and lecture you if you take leave. No over time payment but expect to work overtime. They talk about system but follow none or follow unwanted systems. The more time you work the more loyal employee you are. Rude behaviour with juniors. If you oil & butter the management then only you will grow or else you will not. Work is not appreciated but if you do any mistake you will be hang by the words.
