Worst management and HOD of R&D is very worst. Salary deductions are most common. Even for one month I didn't receive my complete salary. Career growth and skill development words are not in their dictionary.

Dislikes

No job security. Worst HoD in R&D. Salary deductions. Karnataka partiality clearly resembles in R&D department. Your career will spoil for the number of days you works there.

No proper job training for new joiners, the so called management in plant, don't know how to utilizes the manpower, irrelevant experience HOD's, they behave like dictator, for example actual office timing 9am to 6pm, but if we go home 6pm, the plant management will feel we are unskilled professionals, everyday we should stay minimum 8pm, for that plant management will provide snacks also. for that we should not finish our work on time, we need keep our work up to 8pm every day. like that lots of examples have, if any new joiner near to finish six months, the HR manager will call you and ask you for resignation, they don't ask, they review the candidate, simply they said reason for resignation, your reporting boss we not satisfied your performance, yes company management have right to fire employee anytime, but at least with valid reason need to know the fired employee..
