Only benefits I saw were free travel to and fro to office and food.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Appraisal will not be based on performance, but on expereience. Office group politics and favouism. Very little scope if you want to improve something. No employee development and skilling. Management is not interested to introduce changes to improve productivity. They want to do everything as is. You don't have good leaders to approach when guidance is required. Work culture is not good.
