Kirloskar has the largest number of product portfolio at this time, so the learning are is hudge. Now it's upto you how much do you want to learn. Work-life balance is great, they have flexible working hours and Work From home policy.

Dislikes

If you are a non Marathi speaker then no one will support you regarding any kind of work until you are AGM or above. The promotion is a bit problem here, Rather than IJP it is very hard to get a promotion.
