I didint like anything in kiran motors ltd expect my sales team and team leader

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is never came on time they never paid the incentive only 1 or 2 time in 4 years of work never paid the petrol allowance and career growth is slow. There is On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The management of kiran motors Itd himatnagar is terrible no management at alll in every department they only know that how to cut the pay. And does not belive in the incentive and alowence payment nothing is good here
