Salary is okay. If you are careful, its easy to have good work-life balance.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

CEO is pretty incompetent and short-sighted. He just can't get anything don(not even enforcing employees to speak English which is what this company is supposed to offer to customers!). Also trusts the wrong people who are basically ruining the company. Has one guy hire all the tech team(all as freshers, 15 of them) from the same college he was, and not its a total mess. Often there will be NO ELECTRICITY, NO WATER! And yet, you cannot get remote work! Its pretty painful! :D...Read More

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10.
