For context: I have about 5 years of experience in the IT field, currently working as a security analyst (contract role) for the past 6 months. CEO is pretty incompetent and short-sighted. He just can't get anything don(not even enforcing employees to speak English which is what this company is supposed to offer to customers!). Also trusts the wrong people who are basically ruining the company. Has one guy hire all the tech team(all as freshers, 15 of them) from the same college he was, and not its a total mess. Often there will be NO ELECTRICITY, NO WATER! And yet, you cannot get remote work! Its pretty painful! :D...Read More
