My experience with kings gas was extremely disappointing. The work culture was toxic, with a complete lack of professionalism and respect among colleagues. There was no clear structure or systematic approach to task leading to constant confusion and efficiency. The hierarchy was dysfunctional, with unclear roles and authority, and office politics were rampant. It often felt like the focus was more on Power games than actual work, which made it difficult to feel motivated or valued.
