I just like my salary and some learning

Dislikes

Most of the teammates are Saudi who do not like to work and to cooperate with others. The work environment is full of stress Now they have a credit crunch so they are unable to pay for staff who are going exit

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
