I felt the place a friendly and better place to go on with your career...All are so lovely and caring.. Recognition of skills and rewards for the same are on time and an appreciation is never late for a suitable candidate.

Dislikes

I didn't felt anything that wrong about hospital but one thing is that before getting into work all must keep their personal belongings in HR which I felt little awkward.. As our society is that fast forward and maybe it's my feelings as I never faced such issue in my previous career.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
