It was near my home. Apart from that, I find nothing good about the company now.

There's honestly not much I dislike about working at Ulipsu. If I had to mention something it might be the occasional challenge of managing a heavy workload during busy periods. However, that's more about the nature of the work. Overall, my experience here has been overwhelmingly positive.

Kidvento at one time had a good set of team to grow. A Startup Pretending to function like a MNC.

Dislikes

Knowledge Gap Between Top Management and Experts hired in each department leading to bureaucractic delays and implementation of new ideas leading to stale assembly line environment where there is no growth for the product.
