I liked the kids and the way I managed teaching by enjoying with them

Dislikes

The etiquette was never followed. Salaries weren’t paid as promised. They were removed for months without any notification. When asked about non payment or untold reductions, they ignored it and asked us to leave the company if we are not happy with the lesser pay. By this, a lot of trainers had to leave without received the money we deserved. The HR team were also people with lack of ethics since they used informal unacceptable words during conversations....Read More

Team management is poor, doesn't reply immediately to the problems. Demo period is over but still didn't get any confirmation on my role.
