Politics , work life balance is worst just u will spend around 12 hours for company travelling and work itself. training everything applicable only for the office level staff for shop floor employees below AE their won't be any training

Overall very fast company to make decisions . Work hours are more. But less meetings and focus on meetings agenda with timeline . Good pay and promotion policy . Employee policies are little below compared to industry standard but being a new company in india, many policies will be revised in coming years
