They will provide us with the worst salaries for the jobs they will make us do even if we have a better experience. Worst HR policies in all aspects. Promotion and Appraisal don't depend on performance.

There is no respect to employees. Management is worst, very very less salaries, need to stay overtime but no benefits, sometimes less benefits. No skill development, no career growth opportunities, no learning scope. No work life balance & work satisfaction. Totally worst HR management & worst Koreans. They don't care for employees, always there is only one word only work, work & work.

Worst policies, no overtime work benefits to Staff. Very very less salaries, no learning scope. Company doesn't care what ever happens to employee. No respect / value for employees. Worst korean & HR management. I wish company should not succeed further.

No work life balance, We need to work on Saturdays even we have holiday but no comp off for working on saturday. No overtime benefits for staff. If we ask company says no policies. HR and Korean management are worst.
