Only thing that you can learn here is CAD software. You can learn on your own as there will be 10 hour duty time.

Dislikes

First of all there will be bond of two years and they will collect a cheque from you. In case you go even one day early they will deposit the cheque as it seems their business runs on these cheques. In case of leaving early they will justify depositing your cheque by saying that we provided you training. The fact is the training is third class and given by inexperienced faculties as no one stays here long and mostly freshers are recruited. They will deposit your cheque anyhow if you leave early and in some cases they threaten to diposit cheque even after completion of bond period by saying that you have caused us loss 🤣. Management is third class and doesn't know how to treat employees or run business. With such toxic culture they expect employees to remain lifetime. Now coming on to salary and promotion. As by now you would have known that this business is not running good so you won't get proper raise or you won't get growth here. Salary date is not fixed. they do salary whenever they want after 10th of every month and that too after asking many time and also salary is done one by one as they are always out of funds. Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive.but they don't give good salary as well as not any kind of bonus.they do increments hardly.

Not good salary,no extra benefits and hardly increment of 5-10 %.

It was good at the end. Because in the end knowledge gained matters only & Khodiyar CAD Center is one of the best place to learn something. Also, my personality and communication skills are enhanced automatically.

Company supported employees by providing them work from home in thi pandemic situation, provided employees 50% salary while not getting any profit.

Some employees really have cheap thinking and low level of understanding.
