I was fortunate enough to have worked with Kharghar Medicity Hospital. I met some wonderful people for e.g. my teammates, consultants, staff members. All were helpful. I could learn many new things while I was there. Some issues were definitely there but one can find that in every relationship, whether personal or professional. I believe in moving ahead with positive perspective and leave all the negative things behind. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
