Salary is credited on time Negotiate for salary beyond market standards before joining and don't accept immediately You should not fear to reject as there are many hidden clauses and they are open to revisions But don't join IT, Support, NPS or Fund Accounting team (AIF, MF and Wealth Management) as it will ruin your career

Organization is Good ,but the managers in Axismf especially suddavanda Raghu and Suresh Narva are in efficient candidate.they required a script writer for email writing and Complaint resolution. They simply copy paste the as per the script writing

For any issue in processing they ask to maintain data in Excel sheet which is of no use the Excel maintained data is naver use to solve problems.
