Company culture is too bad and in my 12 years experience this is the company where I have not seen any hierarchy and people are coming in slippers no rules and nothing company environment is not hygenic and not satisfied.

The management doens't care what the employees at ground level are feelings about the organization.For any issue in processing they ask to maintain data in Excel sheet which is of no use that excel maintained data is never use to sobe problems. The worst management I have ever seen. The employees at ground level works for 10 hr daily still gets salary for just RS 14600 in-hand. I liked working with Kfintech, I like working with my colleagues they are very helpfull and support full also my manager also very friendly nature and I am very lucky to having manager like him and am very happy to work under him.

I worked 5years here very happily but now when I resigned here as of now no one called me to discuss why I am leaving this company even no one tried to retain me so after worked these many years in the company there is no value to employee. Also there are no hikes in this company very minimum hikes like 3%,5% like that only

Salary is credited on time Negotiate for salary beyond market standards before joining and don't accept immediately You should not fear to reject as there are many hidden clauses and they are open to revisions But don't join IT, Support, NPS or Fund Accounting team (AIF, MF and Wealth Management) as it will ruin your career
