It’s been 3 years I worked with keys, it started well as usual but very soon realised there is nothing I can like about this company.

Dislikes

They are seriously not a people oriented company, just results is what they see irrespective of any condition of the employee. They have managed hotels most and they leave the GM to be on his own way to fight an survive with the hotel owners. The GM is the person in the worst condition in this company as he does not have any supportfrom the company for any thing saying it agin “anything “. Seriously challenging with out any support from the management, work till u can and look for something. Else you will thrown by the Hotel owners.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
