upper management treats you like rat, work life is horrible , there's no individual ideas or innovation , its just that managers abuse you out of boredom and to please their bosses. work polictics is at its peaks. In terms of growth its non exsistent.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
