This organisation will get you peace of mind, you just need to ensure to not get in unnecessary disputes, people are very tolerant and supportive, seniors are very very good people, you probably will not find in other company, this is a company to get retire .

An ideal company with traditional professsional work culture and routine skill development trainings and many more career enhancement programmes for the employees. One can spend whole life here with a feel of ownership giving job satisfaction and long term stay.

Dislikes

Company doesn't compromise on loosing any customer and market share and blame is fully on the employee with whatever reasons. Those working there for more than 30 years are slow in value addition to the company because of this overall progress becomes slower.

Work Details

A home away from home. Senior managemnt is really sensitive to take care of your personal life and professional both by providing excellent facilities. It is like parental bonding with their employees.
