I am not interested in taking any HR name specifically. Yes, there are some HR who coordinates only with a few team mates. Rest they don't bother. Personally , I was hospitalized for jaundice at that time I texted HR to find out how to claim, but she didn't reply. I even called her, but she disconnected.

Its getting toxic culture day by day or worst, they give 2 months notice period even for entry level position which lead to wait by other companies or need to buy-out notice period which feels like stuck with them, even HR says you have to serve 2 months notice period, HR don't even negotiate notice period but they negotiate salaryand increment very nicely (it means not good for employee) in short they want employee to wait for 2 months to look out for their replacement or earn from their employee soo poor structure...Read More
