This is my first job and its been almost 2yrs here and the experience has been great and will continue to be grate.The staff is supportive and friendly. ... The work atmosphere at Kesari is very family-like and amicable.in this lockdown many people enjoying and spend time for they family and some people get scare they not meet anyone So Kesari can provide different experience packages for family or to meet they friends and enjoy small tours package s. We understand Kesari is big loss in that understanded our problems and paid some amount thankyou so much to MDO.... Now every guest is free we can talk to them and make them understand the situation and who don't know Kesari we can give them chance to know about our packages And company. ... being at home every one mentally disturbed so every one plan tours soon .... In lockdown which give amount it's really usedfull so give some amount to staff who facing more problems ....we got mail to see other work .... In this Covid 19 situation company didn't turned out as expected from employee point of view to handle the employee and customer as they are our bred butter for future so this is the biggest negative point what I feel in this situation.

Due to Corona virus, they just fired all the Candidates whos are on there Probation period. So no job security.

No co-ordination. The direcor forgots so many things and then assumes that she told it to me. After 6month they will going to give me hike but they are not even providing my current salary also. Not even mine, all employees plus theu are deducting amount as per there convinient even if we work like 10hrs a day for 6days of week.

Good work environment and I attend guest where I can guide them as a expert where they can travel. I trained new joinee also with all the details. Interacting with people makes me happy. Evening snacks are always fun to have given by company.
