I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Good work environment and I attend guest where I can guide them as a expert where they can travel. I trained new joinee also with all the details. Interacting with people makes me happy. Evening snacks are always fun to have given by company.

Salary increment is very low as compare to work. Saturday & Sunday are working. Not get family time.
