Good work environment and I attend guest where I can guide them as a expert where they can travel. I trained new joinee also with all the details. Interacting with people makes me happy. Evening snacks are always fun to have given by company.

Dislikes

Salary increment is very low as compare to work. Saturday & Sunday are working. Not get family time.

They celebrate all kinds of festivals, very much scope to learn new things as you get all kinds of clients to deal with. Many training plans are arranged. Good platform to work in different type of profiles.

Dislikes

Office politics, very slow increament growth, didn't support in covid times, seniors with zero product knowledge are leading the team. Very unprofessional people. Even after leaving the company have to follow up for letters and FNF.

Experience was good, got to learn a lot about destinations and people. High level of product knowledge is provided in off season.

No work tension, can balance both personal n work life at a same time no much salary can't expect both financial and career growth.

Dislikes

Poor work culture, company didn't sustained employees during covid and not paid salary , company always try to cheat on settling FNF they don't respond who leave the job. Totally it's worst place to work people who look for financial and career growth but who can work for timepass can choose this company.
