When most companies do not focus on paternity leave, I'm so proud of my company that offered me paternity leave to let me enjoy some time with my newborn. This is definitely creating a sense of satisfaction in my mind as I'm enjoying a work-life balance here.

I am BDE in this organization. A part of the Business Development team. I would like to mention that the meetings over here take place in actually an innovative manner. On the marketing team, we do offer and pastry meetings. This makes the meetings interesting instead of boring. This way, both work gets done, and there is fun as well. Due to the less meeting rooms, meetings had to be re-scheduled sometimes. Was the case when we were going to office.

Thanks to their amazing onboarding program, it helped me to quickly get used to the company and its work culture. I had joined over here as a fresher. The onboarding program is specially designed and meant to introduce the new joinees to not just the company, but to the industry as well. They tell you all the things in a proper and systematics manner. They also encourage to ask questions and clear the doubts as well. New joinees and in particular the outstation ones receives support and help for finding an accommodation. This company provides the same. The resources provided are in the form of broker contacts, nearby societies, rental companies etc. I was facing difficulty to find a stay, when I joined here 3 years ago. This policy of their helped me a lot in finding a good one.

Due to this COVID thing, the company has kept a flexible WFH policy. So they allow those who wish to work from home. The management is open to the people working from home. this is good for both the employee and the company. That is what I think.

Only con for me is the travel distance to company is more
