Have an opportunity to grow with the company. Just that you would want to focus more on your work, which you have to figure out. Come on you are in start-up. Make the most of it.

If I have to say: something, which I don't like. I would have liked us to have better clarity on moving ahead. However, every start-up has gone through that or going through that. So in the hustle stage.

Overall I had loved to be a part of Kenyt, the only reason I am not with Kenyt is just because of some personal commitments, else I would have been continuing my tenure with Kenyt for a long time.

-Lot of partiality is done. -If you are working great as well sometimes for no reasons people are fired. Check other companies how they take care of employees. -Sometimes they dont follow government rules and even if you are asked to stay at home. They ask you to come to office. -Biasness for bootlickers and people who dont performalso are given multiple chances. - No insurance and no proper leave policy. Which AI product do not have a portal for leave tracking , we have to do manually. - There is hr whose job is best, even I want to do that. Go to hr and ask any question she would go to manager this is.being said about you. She messes up the process and takes zero responsibility. The way she is treated you can come and check here. - No work life balance and sometimes you are asked to work on weekend also, dont expect money. In 6 months you may get money or else if not also excuse. - Few managers who work here are coming late to office attending interviews outside and we come 15 mins late ask us why you are late. Go and learn management first. - Ceo should know how to question his top managers than associate....Read More

No work culture at all...only work all time No proper incentive plane...and you know who' l am culture is very relevant...Ceo is knowledge vessel and good, rest of management themselves going for interview and also asking us to if you are going , check if we can join the same company . No ethics and people are fired randomly , evenwithout performance or with performance. In 2 months 5-6 employees fired you can imagine this company... Hr is there who is not aware of any policy and directly goes to Ceo to ask anything or else goes home, Tom will check.
