The teaching bit, freedom in the classrooms, interaction with the students. The teaching learning interactions, that part is good. Job security is there. You'll get salary on time.

Dislikes

The organization does not care in language, or in actions, about the teachers. The orders sent for compliance of the teachers are more often than not impractical and defeat the very purpose they're made for. The teachers are made to do everything other than what they're hired for...which is teaching.

It is really bad. I have to make a decision everyday- am I going to compromise with my physical and mental health today or my work? It gets difficult when I want to compromise on neither. There's always a paucity of teachers and we are always overburdened

The KVS Bulandshahr is a Good place to improve the skills I love this school because here i had learnt more.The discipline and the environment is excellent. School culture is vry good.I got here work satisfaction and My carrier growth.I am so lucky to became the part of the team of KVS .

Nothing dislike here..Some Difficulties are everywhere so that doesn't matter. According to me Difficulties n challenges learn more us about our carrier growth.
