Job security is so less, even you go to school for teaching on that day you don't know either your job is secured on that day or not. 1 year contractual but any time a permanent teacher arrived on that post , same time your job was terminated. I think if you have enough time in your career you go for it for some money earning and experience otherwise you concentrate on your other jobs. I worked as contractual teacher, four times I got selection. Very much transparency ,work load,salary

Dislikes

For contractual teacher no job security any time do to transfer case, updation new selection we loss the job. Three time I worked Only one time a have completed the full session, for rest 2 time , 40 days and 120 days only I worked.
