Abdul kalam rightly said, don't love your company cos when your company will stop loving you, u never know. This is absolutely suited to Podar schools. Their real picture came out during covid, all of sudden without thinking they kept teachers on LWP. Many teachers went in depression. This is not a brand but a khokla brand school, lots of politics. Instead of joining Podar, join any normal school cos Podar is no more term as brand new. Worst experience....Read More

As far as my knowledge concerned i think podar group is one the most leading and trustworthy among all the educational institutes in India. Only the thing is that the culture of each branch is depend upon its leader. What I feel is if the navigator is fantastic then definitely it will have positive impact on overall team but if it is lacking something then it is affecting on the entire team. This is what I am stating by my personal experience of six years. The policies and purpose formulated by the honourable CRDC is fantastic. But either it is truly implemented or not that is the only thing each branch need to see it cautiously. From my point of view rather i would say honestly that there should be some curtailment in the privileges of principals and certain rights should remain with management while taking decision in case of employee of the institute.

Work Details

It was a wonderful experience while working with podar group. As a teacher i learnt so many good things which were useful in building my personality as a teacher. Overall staff is very efficient . Especially lives are really nurtured.
