If u r parmanent there is no other job better then this. But if ur contractual u won't find all these benefits. I would suggest not to go for contractual jobs rather try for parmanent post.

Kvs is an autonomous body under central government of India imparting qualitative education throughout the world with handsome salary to the staff which is increased time to time according to the government policies. Job security and opportunity of carrier improvement is also there. There is no politics. Traveling through ltc and during injob training is available.
