There is absolutely nothing to like here. I still regret the day I accepted the shit offer from this company!

The list is long...but let me focus on top crimes from this company. 1. Throughout my exit process, they did nothing but lied and cheated. I wanted to get relieved early, and was willing to pay for the remaining days of my notice period. Since I was on probation, there was no rule that I had to take permission for this from anyone. I had read my employment contract properly. Still the HR and manager told and threatened me that if I don't serve the full notice period, they will withhold all my salary (2 months) and declare me as absconded! When I pressurised them and upfront asked them where exactly in the contract it is written that I have to take permission for early relieving (while being on probation), then they admitted that I can get relieved early. All this process took 10 more days than the original date on which I wished to be relieved. 2. After relieving me early, the deducted the amount from my notice period salary and gave me the FNF statement. We both agreed on the amount and the date by which this FNF will be settled, which was within 90-120 days from LWD. It's already a big stretch considering industry standard is 30-45 days at worst but I still was okay with it. Till day, it has been around 13-14 months and I still haven't received my FNF! In this on year duration, they have made false promises, gave lame excuses, I served them with legal notices twice, but still these low life animals have absolutely no shame.
