Kellogg's South RSM is obnoxious. He mostly works based on his mood. When his mood is not good, he will torture everyone. His thought process is great, but he is not at all a people manager. He is more like a sadist who enjoys tormenting others. In the past year, more than 20 people have resigned from Kellogg's. The company should have the courage to replace him to restore the company culture.
