Work-life balance was great, nothing else to write home about.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

The culture in the Sales team, particularly in HO & CPA teams needs a complete overhaul, dominated by a few yes-men for senior leaders. There is no career growth, and managers are least interested in doing a comprehensive mid- or end-year appraisal. Leadership team is also unable to take feedback, esp negative. Only people willing to sit into the late night have a chance of progress.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
